SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS

General Terms & Conditions

Promotional offers are limited to one promotion per table and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers cannot be used on bank holidays.

Student Discount

A 20% off total bill student discount is available from Monday to Thursday. Limited to one per table of up to four people per student card, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

NHS & Blue Light Discount

A 10% off total bill discount is available from Monday to Thursday for NHS and Blue Light workers. Proof of NHS status / Blue Light Card required. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Friends and Family Discounts (F&F Mate Rate)

The F&F Mate Rate discount offer can only be used when the owner of the discount offer is present. It is available for dine-in only and can only be used once per day. Not to be used with any other offer. This discount is applicable for tables of up to 4 people across the total bill. The redemption period is detailed on the F&F Mate Rate information sent to the recipient.

Competition Rules & Regulations

Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Competitions run on social media are not endorsed or administered by Facebook/Instagram or Twitter. Only one entry per household is permitted. The winner must accept the prize within 5 days of notification. Entrants agree to cooperate in publicity that may arise as a result of the competition. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who we believe has not entered in the spirit of the terms and conditions. The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding our employees and partners. All entries must be received by the advertised closing date. The winner will be contacted through social media and/or email.

Email Subscription & Entry Conditions

Supplying an email address means the entrant is willing to be added to Tampopo’s mailing list. We may also partner with third-party organisations, in which case the entrant is willing to be added to their mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. All entries are considered a single entry into the giveaway and stand alone. Bulk entries and entries made using software or automated processes will be disqualified.

Responsibility & Liability

Tampopo and any associated promoter bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged or incomplete or received after the closing date. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

January 30% Off Small Plates Offer

1. Offer Details:
a. Enjoy 30% off small plates from Tampopo’s menu.
b. Available every day in January 2025.
2. Redemption:
a. Guests must mention the offer “30% off small plates” to their server to redeem the discount or show their “30% off small plates” card received before.
b. The offer applies only to small plates and cannot be combined with other menu items or categories.
3. Exclusions:
a. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts apart from Happy Hour.
4. Eligibility:
a. Valid for dine-in only at participating Tampopo locations.
b. Not applicable for takeaway, delivery, or online orders.
5. Locations:
a. The promotion is available at all Tampopo restaurants unless otherwise stated.
6. Availability:
a. All menu items are subject to availability.
b. Tampopo reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
7. Customer Responsibility:
a. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform their server of the promotion at the time ofordering.
8. Miscellaneous:
a. Taxes and service charges apply as per standard practices.
b. Tampopo reserves the right to refuse service or application of the promotion if the terms are not met.

Fortune Sticks Challenge

  1. Timings: The challenge is available Monday to Friday until 6:00 pm during the Lunar New Year festivities from 20th January- 13th February.
  2. Eligibility: Open to all guests, with a maximum of 12 guests per party or booking.
  3. Last Billing: The last bill to avail of this offer must be requested before 6:00 pm.
  4. One Chance Per Party: Each party/booking is allowed one draw of the Fortune Sticks during their visit.
  5. Email Presentation: The email with the participation link must be presented to the server at the time of billing.
  6. Service Charges: If the gold-labelled stick is drawn, the meal is free, but we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.
  7. Non-transferable: The rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for monetary value or other forms of compensation.
  8. Right to Modify: Tampopo reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  9. Maximum Bill Value: A free meal applies to a bill value of up to £1000.
  10. Acceptance: By participating in the Fortune Sticks Challenge, guests are deemed to have accepted these Rules and Terms.
