General Terms & Conditions
Promotional offers are limited to one promotion per table and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers cannot be used on bank holidays.
Competition Rules & Regulations
Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Competitions run on social media are not endorsed or administered by Facebook/Instagram or Twitter. Only one entry per household is permitted. The winner must accept the prize within 5 days of notification. Entrants agree to cooperate in publicity that may arise as a result of the competition. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who we believe has not entered in the spirit of the terms and conditions. The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding our employees and partners. All entries must be received by the advertised closing date. The winner will be contacted through social media and/or email.
Email Subscription & Entry Conditions
Supplying an email address means the entrant is willing to be added to Tampopo’s mailing list. We may also partner with third-party organisations, in which case the entrant is willing to be added to their mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. All entries are considered a single entry into the giveaway and stand alone. Bulk entries and entries made using software or automated processes will be disqualified.
Responsibility & Liability
Tampopo and any associated promoter bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged or incomplete or received after the closing date. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
Discounts
Student Discount
A 20% off total bill student discount is available from Monday to Thursday. Limited to one per table of up to four people per student card, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
NHS & Blue Light Discount
A 10% off total bill discount is available from Monday to Thursday for NHS and Blue Light workers. Proof of NHS status / Blue Light Card required. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Friends and Family Discounts (F&F Mate Rate)
The F&F Mate Rate discount offer can only be used when the owner of the discount offer is present. It is available for dine-in only and can only be used once per day. Not to be used with any other offer. This discount is applicable for tables of up to 4 people across the total bill. The redemption period is detailed on the F&F Mate Rate information sent to the recipient.

- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except 50% off bottles of wine after 9pm
- The £16 set menu offer is available Sunday to Friday until 6pm and every day after 9pm
- Includes one small plate, one large plate, and one drink for £16
- Redeemable at all Tampopo restaurants excluding East Street Trafford Centre and Meadowhall.
Later Happy Hour: 50% Off Bottles Of Wine
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except £16 secret set menu after 9pm.
- The offer is available every day after 9pm (including bank holidays).
- Valid until the end of July, redeemable at all Tampopo restaurants excluding East Street Trafford Centre and Meadowhall Kiok.

Students Offer
- Available Monday to Thursday until the end of October.
- Valid student ID required.
- One student ID covers up to 4 guests.
- 20% off applies to the total bill.

- Fortune Sticks Challenge is subject to availability and available till the end of Oct.

- One Fortune Sticks entry per table, per visit.

Students' Fortune Stick Challenge
- Available Monday to Thursday from May until the end of October.
- Open to all students only, with a maximum of 12 guests per party or booking.
- The final bill to qualify for this offer must be requested before the last order.
- Each party or booking is entitled to one Fortune Stick draw per visit.
- If a gold-labelled Fortune Stick is drawn, the meal will be complimentary. Guests are encouraged to reward their server by paying the applicable service charge.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Tampopo reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The complimentary meal applies to a maximum bill value of £1,000.
- By participating in the Fortune Sticks Challenge, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Christmas Bookings
- The Christmas Menu is available 15 November–31 December. Tables are available from 2 guests up to a recommended maximum of 30, subject to availability and individual restaurant capacity.
- Bookings of 10+ remain provisional until card validation details have been provided. A £10 per person card validation is used to secure the booking; no money is taken upfront. Groups of 10+ are required to pre-order at least 3 days before their booking.
- Everyone on the table must order from the same menu. From 11 December, bookings of 15+ use the Christmas Menu.
- The complimentary arrival drink is available to Christmas Menu bookings of 12+ guests, Sunday–Wednesday, 15 November–9 December. One glass of Prosecco, small Chang lager, or Mango on the Rocks per guest.
- For bookings of 10+, please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or significantly reduce your party size. Where more than 50% of the original party cancels or is removed within 48 hours, or more than 50% fails to attend, Tampopo reserves the right to charge up to £10 per affected guest to the card used to secure the booking. Reasonable discretion will always be used.
